Strength, cardio, calisthenics, mobility

Youtrain.Eskeno handles the rest.

Your program is written, your sessions are placed in your week, every set is logged and you can see where you stand. All that's left is the lifting.

No card required.

You bring the effort.
Eskeno
brings the plan.

Eskeno won't find the motivation for you. It does what a coach would do around your sessions: write the program, fit it into your week, log every set and tell you where you stand. You show up and follow the list.

The questions you ask yourself at the gym

01 / 04

What am I doingtoday?

Pick a program from the catalog or build your own. Eskeno places the sessions in your week around your availability: when you get to the gym, today's session is ready.

Weekly calendar in Eskeno: StrongLifts 5x5 sessions done on Monday and Wednesday, Workout B scheduled today at 14:00.

02 / 04

What did Ilift last time?

Load, reps, RPE and tempo: every set is logged during the session, rest timer included. Three months later it's still there, filed with its exercise.

Live session screen in Eskeno: third back squat set at 107.5 kg for 5 reps, RPE 8, with two sets already logged.

03 / 04

Am I actuallygetting stronger?

Set a target on an exercise: estimated 1RM, max load, reps or tonnage. Every logged session moves the gauge, and you see what's left to gain.

Questions

Before you start.

Is it really free?

Yes. Eskeno is freemium: about 95% of the app is free, with no time limit. Programs, calendar, sessions, sets, goals, catalog and community are all included. Premium plans will add advanced analytics and unlimited history, priced at launch.

Does Eskeno replace a coach?

Eskeno takes on a coach's organizing work: the program, the calendar and the tracking of your sets and goals. It doesn't correct your technique or motivate you for you.

I mostly train bodyweight or cardio. Is it for me?

Yes. Eskeno covers strength, hypertrophy, machine cardio, calisthenics, plyometrics, core and mobility. A bodyweight set takes extra load too.

Is there a mobile app?

Eskeno runs in your browser, on phone and desktop. iOS and Android apps are in the works.

I already log everything in a notebook.

Keep it if you like it. Eskeno files your sets by exercise and date, adds up the total weight lifted in each session and tracks your goals. A notebook doesn't do the maths.
